Overview
I spent 2 years designing prototypes for mobile and tablet applications to support client bids at IBM. See some of my examples below.
I designed a prototype and customer journey to support a bid to Penguin Random House that would enhance their brand. The app allowed customers to browse and purchase books, save books to their library, write and read reviews and more.

Brand engagement prototype
I designed a prototype to support a client bid to Honda. The prototype was aimed to engage customers and give them an improved race experience before and after races. It had all race information, live race leader board, competitions, merchandise store and more. It was was intended to increase brand loyalty and gather customer data.

In the kickoff meeting, I was introduced to the client’s needs and issues they would like the application to resolve. I brainstormed with the client team for ideas for how we can resolve these client needs and wants. A problem that Honda Superbikes had was that they had no real fan engagement during the race. I went to Donnington Park for the UK World Superbike event to spend the day researching areas where a mobile app would be seen as beneficial to improve the fan experience at the track. I came back with plenty of ideas and shared them back to the rest of the team. I went on to design a prototype that would allow Honda to increase brand loyalty, increase their customer data and drive revenue generation through a number of activities within the app.

I designed a mobile app prototype to support a client bid to O2. The app allowed customers to manage their account and data plan, share data amongst their family and purchase add bolt ons.

I designed a mobile app prototype to support a client bid to Scottish Power. The app allowed customers to track their energy usage in their home and get a breakdown per room. It allowed customers to compare their usage against others customers in their area, sending notifications to help them their spending.

I designed a prototype to support a client bid to Three. I designed a dashboard that allowed customers to track their usage and gain loyalty points which could be saved up and spent on experiences offered by Three.

I designed a prototype to support a client bid with Barclaycard. It was an app for credit cards holders to manage their account, make payments, set up direct debits and manage their monthly statements.
